Shipping & Delivery
Chamak Factory fulfils online orders through Shopify checkout for customers in Pakistan. During the current pilot, Local Delivery is available for selected Karachi postal codes configured in Shopify.
Karachi Local Delivery
For addresses in the approved Karachi postal-code list, checkout may offer Local Delivery with:
- A Local Delivery fee of Rs 149 when your merchandise total is below the free-delivery threshold
- Free Local Delivery when your merchandise total reaches Rs 2,999 or more (post-discount amount as calculated by Shopify)
The shipping line shown at Shopify checkout before you pay is the source of truth for your order. If your address is outside the pilot postal codes, Local Delivery may not appear as an option.
Other destinations
Nationwide courier zones are not enabled for this pilot. We do not publish fixed delivery timelines on this page. Any estimate that Shopify shows at checkout applies only to that checkout session.
After you order
Your Shopify order confirmation is the source of truth for what you purchased and which shipping method you selected. If tracking or delivery details are provided, they will appear in that confirmation or a follow-up message from Shopify.
